This is probably the most well-known yoga pose out there because it is a bit of a neutral pose that you use to move into other poses. Plank Pose

Probably the second most well-know yoga pose, the plank pose focuses on strengthening your core muscles, as well as the spine and the arms. And let me warn you now – this one is very challenging when you first start out. We suggest that you focus on just holding the pose for 10 seconds. Reclining Spinal Twist

This pose is great for improving the flexibility of your back. What we like about this pose is that it is relatively easy to do, however when first starting out you may feel some burn in your muscles if you’re not too flexible to begin with.
